Young Delegates Program
Eligible participants from IFToMM Member Organizations may seek support through the IFToMM Young Delegates Program, subject to approval and available allocation.

Registration fees include lunches on all four symposium days and access to tutorials, sessions, and workshops.

Minami-Osawa Campus, 1-1 Minami-Osawa, Hachioji-shi, Tokyo 192-0397, Japan. Approximately 40 minutes from Shinjuku via Keio Sagamihara Line.
From Shinjuku Station, take the Keio Sagamihara Line toward Hashimoto and get off at Minami-Osawa Station. The campus is a short walk from the station.

About 15 minutes to campus by Keio line. The Keio Plaza Hotel Tama is two minutes from Tama Center Station. Sanrio Puroland (Hello Kitty theme park) is also in this district.

Chofu is a convenient suburban stop on the Keio line with several business hotels. Hashimoto, just past Minami-Osawa, is also a practical base with good hotel options.

Shinjuku is Tokyo's main hub with the widest range of hotels. Direct Keio Sagamihara Line trains reach Minami-Osawa in approximately 40 minutes — convenient for those who want to explore the city.
