Preliminary program

Four-day program

Room names and session chairs will be added after paper acceptance. This is the working shape of the week.

Planning note

Four-day structure under discussion

We are planning a first day centered on tutorials, with the possibility of an open program for members of the local community. The second and third days will be the main academic conference, and the final day may include opportunities for engagement with industry and the local community. Details will be refined with partners and confirmed closer to the symposium.

Tutorials and local access

Opening tutorials and registration

March 30 is planned as the tutorial and arrival day. We are considering an open tutorial component that members of the local community can also attend, alongside registration, badge pickup, and campus orientation.

Tutorial sessions Planned tutorial program, with selected sessions potentially open to local participants.
Registration desk open Badge pickup and campus orientation at Tokyo Metropolitan University.
Informal welcome gathering Optional early meeting for those who arrive on Sunday. Details to be confirmed.
